Patriotic Puppy

This patriotic puppy is ready to be painted! Includes 1 cookie, 1 paint palette (paint is edible food coloring), 1 food safe paintbrush, and instructions. The cookie will be heat sealed in a food safe treat bag with a decorative bag topper.
