Cookie Shop Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations for a full refund are allowed up to 14 days before scheduled pick-up date. Cancellations 14 - 7 days before scheduled pick-up date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds 7 days before scheduled pick-up date. Cookies are fragile and the customer assumes responsibility upon pick-up. If there is a problem with your order, please call (513) 267-0600 immediately. Partial refunds after pick-up will be on a case-by-case basis and product must be returned. Order submission and payment indicates your acceptance of these terms.
