How do I order and how far in advance do I need to order?

If you are interested in ordering custom cookies for your special event, please see our order request page for more details. Order requests must be submitted via the online form. We are usually booked 3 months in advance for custom orders. We also do seasonal/holiday pre-order events throughout the year -- join the email list to get early access to our pre-order events!

What is a pre-order event?

Our pre-order events take place several weeks prior to a holiday (Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween, etc) or seasonal event (Back to School, Teacher Appreciation, etc). We offer a variety of options for customers to choose from, such as cookie gift sets, platters, single cookies, personalized cookies, and other options -- all with seasonal/holiday themed packaging included! Customers can select products online and check-out via our secure, online payment system (all major credit cards accepted). Order pick-up dates/times are listed with the products and pick-ups are usually a few days prior to the holiday. Product quantities are limited and our email subscribers get early access to pre-order events. Don't miss out - join the email list!

Do you offer allergen free cookies?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer allergen free cookies. Our baked goods are made in a kitchen with known food allergens, including but not limited to: milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, fish, shellfish.

I'm not a local customer. Can you ship your cookies to me?

We operate under Ohio’s Cottage Food Production Operation regulations. Under these regulations we are not allowed to ship our cookies. Cookies are only available for local pick-up in Liberty Township, OH. Some of our local customers have placed orders and then ship the cookies themselves. If you plan to do this please let us know and we can give you some packing tips!

Can you do copyrighted designs?

We do not make cookies with copyrighted designs such as cartoon characters, logos, or mascots, but we can do coordinating colors and designs to go with your theme. We do take corporate orders and can do company logos if the request is coming directly from the company.

Who makes the cookies?

That would be me, Jen Herman, owner of Rolling Sugar Bakery, LLC. I am the only person who mixes, cuts, bakes, decorates, and packages your cookies. Other members of our little family assist with design ideas, taste-testing, 3D printing cookie cutters, website maintenance, and of course shopping trips - it's nice to have some help when you need to load up 40 pounds of butter!

Do you have a store front? Where are you located?

We are a home-based bakery in Liberty Township, OH. We do not have a store front open to the public.

Can I order cakes or other desserts?

At this time we only specialize in custom decorated sugar cookies.​
